When will my order arrive?
Once we process your order, we will ship it out within the next business day. Transit times may vary, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. Rarely, an item may not be available immediately. In these cases, we will inform you when you place your order that there will be a delay. Tracking information is sent via email.
If you have an issue with your order, contact Marlow Med Supply immediately. Our customer service representatives will give you further instructions on how to return or exchange your purchases and let you know if your order qualifies. Because Marlow sells medical supplies, we can only accept returns or offer exchanges in certain circumstances.

What information do I need to return a product?
When you contact customer service, be sure to have information available such as your account number and order number. If you have received a defective product, be sure to provide the lot number of the product in question.
How should I return an item?
Items should be returned in similar packaging to that which it was delivered in. Your customer service representative will give you further instructions on how and where to return an item, if applicable.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to choose between receiving a replacement item or a refund. You will receive your replacement item to the same shipping address, or you will receive an account credit for any applicable refund. You can use this account credit toward a future purchase.
Will I always qualify for a refund or exchange?
Marlow Med Supply offers returns, refunds, and exchanges at our own discretion. We cannot guarantee we will accept a return or offer a refund or exchange in all circumstances. However, we do our best to ensure you will be happy with your order.
Please note that any product defects/issues must be reported within 6 months from the date of purchase in order to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any items with issues that are brought to our attention after this period ends.
